Since we are a small organization and our operating season is very short, you can no doubt imagine how a last-minute cancellation can have major repercussions for us. We have adopted a strict cancellation policy as a result.
If your cancellation is received 14 days prior to the date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded to you.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, a night’s stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card.
In the event of inclement weather or inability to reach the island, we will refund your deposit in full.
